I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the School of Public Affairs, American University. I hold a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Management from the University of Southern California and master’s degrees in Public Administration from Seoul National University and USC. My research examines how agency resources and political environments influence public employees’ attitudes and behavior, with a particular focus on the role of agency reputation.
